Exterior renovation of the building which included new windows, doors, siding, and roofing. A new overhang was built at the kitchen entrance. The landscaping was also replaced and the parking lot paved. We uncovered significant water damage behind the existing siding and roof, so an extensive amount of sheathing needed to be replaced. The exterior improvements made a remarkable difference to the appearance of the building.
