New 11,000-square-foot addition to the existing Sealy Mattress warehouse. Fifteen garage bays were built as well as a ramp and loading platform. The grade needed to be raised for the new parking lot, so we constructed a large retaining wall. We were then able to backfill, install drainage, and pave the new parking lot.
