11,000-square-foot renovation of the well-known Paramus Fabric store. The entire interior of the building was demolished and an all-new waiting room, patient rooms, X-ray room, offices, conference room, and bathrooms were constructed. An original wood truss was left exposed in the waiting room to add a rustic, modern appearance. A new façade was installed on the exterior of the building and a patio with benches was constructed at the back entrance. Lastly, a new site drainage system was installed, and the parking lot expanded.
